Items ship two to three business days after order is processed. Custom art charms are hand made and will take two
 to three weeks to be processed and shipped.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
There are alot of handcrafted, unique items for sale here. Please read the descriptions of items carefully. With these unique items there will be varitations and irregularities that make each piece special. No two items will be guranteed to be the same. 1. Returns must be made within 14 calander days of shipping. A paypal reciept will be included with each package. All returns are for store credits only. 2. Any custom made items are non returnable. 3. Shipping cost is non refundable. 4. Prior to returning an item to Bella Colle, you must notify us via email to admin@bellacolle.com 5. Any returns must be mailed to Bella Colle via USPS insured with delivery confirmation. 6. All sale items are non returnable.

We do ship internationally on a case by case basis please email us first. All fees and tariffs will be added.
